Meet Roxy!

Adoptable - Miss Roxy is searching for a loving home to spend her retirement years in! 

✨ This perfect girl is 10 years young and around 52 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and preventative care. Her adoption fee is $175.

🐾 Miss Roxy is currently in her foster home while she searches for her happily ever after.

🐾She is the sweetest senior gal who loves a good nap any time of the day. She is perfect on leash during her daily walks, which she loves, she is up to 2 miles a day!

*Please note - Due to a past injury to her neck, Roxy is not able to wear a collar - use of a harness is required when on walks or in a non-fenced in area.

🐾She knows “sit”, “no”, and loves to give paw!

🐾 Though she is fully crate trained, she would prefer to have free roam of the house.

💜 Likes:

Roxy loves her tennis balls and kongs! She likes to keep them close by or in her mouth as a security blanket and stress reliever, so having plenty on hand is a must!

In the summer she loves being outside, soaking up the sun and fresh air.

Her favorite place to be is with her ball/kong, next to her humans.

Dislikes:

🐾 Roxy is not a fan of thunderstorms, fireworks, and loud noises. She needs to be able to roam the house freely when stressed, her favorite place to go is the bathroom, and not be confined. She would love to find a thunder buddy to hang out with until she is calm. 

🐾 She does well around other dogs but will get anxious when in an enclosed area. Slow and monitored intros are the key to success.

Ideal Home:

🐶 Despite the rough past Roxy had before coming to us, she is the absolute sweetest girl with the most loving personality. Because of what she’s been through, she needs a family that will love her and understand her, little quirks and all. She is allergic to brewer’s yeast (bread), beef, liver, and milk products which requires a specific diet of a mix of fish, turkey, grains, and chicken. She also has skin allergies which are maintained with benadryl and a monthly allergy injection as well as other medications when needed.

🐶 We are looking for a family that understands and accepts Roxy, along with her past, and will continue with her current routine. 

🐶 Roxy is a very easy going pup who just wants to be loved. She has been through so much and deserves to find a family who spoils her for the rest of her days.
