• Spaces are limited. Sponsorships are confirmed once accepted and payment is received. Applications must be completed by March 1st, 2025, but please submit the completed form as soon as possible. • Vendor Donation Fee is Non-Refundable after March 31st, 2025 • Fees increase after February 1st (see Sponsorship Graphic above) • Fee includes 10x10 space for your vendor booth. Vendors will need to supply their own tent, table, tent weights, and any other materials needed. The Plaza is all concrete and can become pretty windy. • With having limited space on the plaza, we ask that you please limit requests for location. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but cannot guarantee any. • Deer District requires each vendor to have tent weights. Please ensure you have sufficient tent weights to keep your tent from moving, 25lbs per leg is recommended. • Doggy Day at Deer District is a rain or shine event. • Vendors cannot sell licensed merchandise without written consent from the licensee (ex: team logos, phrases, etc. that are trademarked). Winston’s Wishes, or any businesses involved in Doggy Day, are not responsible if you are asked to leave due to selling licensed products without consent, or any fines/legal issues you may be subject to if you do not abide by this request. • Doggy Day is a fun, positive environment for dog lovers. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespectful or rude behavior. Whether that is from vendors (or vendor’s party) to volunteers/ attendees or volunteers/attendees to vendors. If this behavior occurs, the vendor or volunteer will be asked to leave and will not be a part of any future Winston’s Wishes events. Please be respectful and courteous to all, helping us to keep this event as wonderful as it has been. • With this being our annual fundraiser for our rescue organization, having very limited spots, and the high energy of the event, Helping Paw spots are very limited and the only rescues/shelters that are onsite are Winston's Wishes & MADACC -Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (since we exclusively transfer pups from MADACC). Thank you for understanding. • Certain categories are capped to avoid saturation of similar products (Ex: Dog Accessories, Dog Treats, etc) • Get your supporters involved! To ensure Doggy Day is a success to all involved, we are asking all vendors to promote the event on your business social pages/share event posts from Winston’s Wishes as much as possible.
