Meet Taffy!

Adoptable - Miss Taffy is looking for her new best friend!

✨ This sweet & stocky gal is estimated to be about 2 years old and approximately 55 lbs. Her low-rider body shape classifies her as the perfect little potato and the best snuggler. Her love language includes cuddles, kisses & nibbles.

🐾 Miss Taffy is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations and preventative care. Her adoption fee is $275

🐾 She is currently hanging out in her loving foster home with a resident dog until she meets a family to call her own. She is the sweetest girl who steals the hearts of everyone she meets.

💜 This sweet nugget loves going for walks with plenty of opportunities to sniff. She seems to be pretty interested in squirrels/ bunnies on her strolls so a home with kitties is likely not in the cards.

💜 Taffy is very treat/ food motivated and loves working for her meals using food dispensing toys. She also enjoys a good chew session and has a rotation of favorite bones / chews.

🐾 She is currently working on basic manners while also learning how to be her best self.

🐾 Ideal Home: Taffy’s ideal home would be one full of love with a sprinkle of patience. She could live with another canine playmate with similar energy or she would be fine as an only pet. She will reward you with loyalty, affection and laughs!

Meet Toby!

Medical - Mr. Toby is currently waiting to have and recovery from a bilateral TPLO surgery!

✨ Toby is estimated to be about 2 years old, around 40 lbs., and crate trained

🐾 He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations and preventative care. His adoption fee will be $275.

🐾 He has as a surgical consult scheduled for August 5th and will have his surgery soon after

🐾 While in his foster home, Winston’s Wishes supplies the foster family with everything needed to care for Toby such as:

Leash, collar, harness
Food and treats
Food and water bowls
Crate and enrichment items
All medical is also covered 100%

🐾 Fosters are asked to provide:

Safe and loving environment for Toby to recover in
Any necessary post op medial treatment
Transportation to and from veterinary appointments and any needed rehab

🐾 Once Toby is healed up, he will be ready to find his happily ever after!

🐾 He is dog friendly and would love a home with another energetic pup to play with

🐾He walks well on leash but gets tired pretty quickly due to his rear leg issues which we are confident will improve after surgery. He is 2 years old but still has a bit of puppy energy that we are working on keeping under control and will get better while continuing his current structure and routine.

🐾 While healing, we feel Toby would do best with someone who is home most of the time to help take him outside and to make sure he isn’t bothering his sutures.

Meet Roxy!

Adoptable - Miss Roxy is searching for a loving home to spend her retirement years in!

✨ This perfect girl is 10 years young and around 52 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and preventative care. Her adoption fee is $175.

🐾 Miss Roxy is currently in her foster home while she searches for her happily ever after.

🐾She is the sweetest senior gal who loves a good nap any time of the day. She is perfect on leash during her daily walks, which she loves, she is up to 2 miles a day!

*Please note - Due to a past injury to her neck, Roxy is not able to wear a collar - use of a harness is required when on walks or in a non-fenced in area.

🐾She knows “sit”, “no”, and loves to give paw!

🐾 Though she is fully crate trained, she would prefer to have free roam of the house.

💜 Likes:

Roxy loves her tennis balls and kongs! She likes to keep them close by or in her mouth as a security blanket and stress reliever, so having plenty on hand is a must!

In the summer she loves being outside, soaking up the sun and fresh air.

Her favorite place to be is with her ball/kong, next to her humans.

Dislikes:

🐾 Roxy is not a fan of thunderstorms, fireworks, and loud noises. She needs to be able to roam the house freely when stressed, her favorite place to go is the bathroom, and not be confined. She would love to find a thunder buddy to hang out with until she is calm.

🐾 She does well around other dogs but will get anxious when in an enclosed area. Slow and monitored intros are the key to success.

Ideal Home:

🐶 Despite the rough past Roxy had before coming to us, she is the absolute sweetest girl with the most loving personality. Because of what she’s been through, she needs a family that will love her and understand her, little quirks and all. She is allergic to brewer’s yeast (bread), beef, liver, and milk products which requires a specific diet of a mix of fish, turkey, grains, and chicken. She also has skin allergies which are maintained with benadryl and a monthly allergy injection as well as other medications when needed.

🐶 We are looking for a family that understands and accepts Roxy, along with her past, and will continue with her current routine.

🐶 Roxy is a very easy going pup who just wants to be loved. She has been through so much and deserves to find a family who spoils her for the rest of her days.

Meet Ada!

Adoptable - Miss Ada is looking for her happily ever after!

🐾 This sweet lady is estimated to be 7 years young and around 49 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations and preventative care. Her adoption fee is $175

🐾 Miss Ada is currently in a loving foster home until she meets a family to call her own.

🐾This princess is the sweetest, and most affectionate lady that you will ever meet! Once you start petting her be prepared not to stop (she loves attention).

🐾 She is always down for a stroll through town, a car ride to get a pup cup treat, or a snuggle sesh with a movie and popcorn. This girl loves her snacks and is very food motivated. She loves all people she meets and will hop right up on your lap and be your new best friend the moment she meets you!

🐾Miss Ada walks right by your side on leash, however, is working on her pulling tendency when another dog is in sight. Currently, Ada is walking roughly 1 mile a day!

🐾 Ada has allergies (don’t we all this time of year?) and is currently being treated with a special soap to help soothe her itching skin. She does so well during her twice weekly bath time. She stands there patiently enjoying her massage knowing treats will be awarded once she’s done. She also is being treated for a double ear infection and does so well during her twice daily ear drops. Other than that, this girl has received a clean bill of health and can’t wait to find her new best friend!

🐾 She is currently working on “sit” and “stay” commands but makes great eye contact and gives you her full attention when you say her name.

🐾 Ada is fully crate trained but would prefer to free roam and be next to her humans if possible. She makes the best snuggle bug at night and during the day loves to nap on a couch or bed. She is not much of a chewer as she has yet to test out her many Benebones but loves to snuggle up with her stuffed animals (a flamingo and ice cream stuffie) and a blanket.

🐾 Ada is also potty trained! She has had zero accidents in her foster home and is usually let out to do her business 3-4x/day. She shows signs that she has to go out by getting antsy and will walk near a door when she would like to be let out.

🐾 She loves to watch paw patrol while she is in her crate and classical music at night puts her right to sleep.

🐾 She does not show any signs of fear/anxiety to storms, sirens, and fireworks.

🐾 Summer plans for Miss Ada include a camping trip, a trip to Home Depot, a lake trip, and lots of hiking adventures! Follow along on social media to see daily updates as to what fun Ada is up to this summer in her foster home!

Ideal Home:

🐾 Although it is not a deal breaker, we feel Arlo would do well in a home that has a fenced in yard to stretch out his legs! With his laid back, goofy and snuggly personality, we feel he would do well in a home with children. Though we do not do cat testing, we feel Arlo would be able to coexist in a home with cats.
